When you do not have to offer a refund
Funds will not be refunded if you:
1) if we warned you that the item was defective, but you bought it anyway
2) You no longer want the item (for example, because it’s in the wrong format)
Please remember:
Customers ordering online, by mail, and over the phone have a limited time (14 days) to cancel their order, even if the item is defective.
If you apply after this period, your request will be treated individually and funds will be refunded only after we receive your justification for refusal
